NEO Personality Inventory

The NEO Personality Inventory (NEO PI-3™) provides a particularly rich understanding of the personality traits that underpin day-to-day behaviour.

As with the 15FQ+™, also offered by Team Focus, it is based on the Five Factor Model of personality: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism (Anxiety). Each of these five factors is broken down into six facets. For example, for Extraversion the facets are:

Warmth – Reserve;
Gregarious – Self-Contained;
Assertive – Accommodating;
Active – Leisurely;
Excitement-Seeking – Cautious;
Positive Emotions – Low Exuberance.

Team Focus provides professional training in the use of the NEO PI-3™ and access to the Hogrefe HTS-5 administration and report generation platform.
