We cannot change what we do not know. Building awareness and education around sleep, well-being and performance is the first step to improving.
Sleep is a complex process that allows our brains to recover from the active day. Every time we go to sleep we exhibit a recurring ‘ultradian’ cycle of around 90-120 minutes that consists of non-REM and REM sleep. We need sleep to be able to maintain our health, as well as skills such as memory, alertness, speech and performance.
We offer bespoke masterclasses and workshops that cover the impact of sleep and circadian rhythms on workplace productivity and performance. Individuals will have the opportunity to discuss, engage and explore their own experiences. These sessions are tailored to the specific group in mind e.g. athletes / sports practitioners, professionals / business leaders, children / teachers.
